Little Allstars may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you or a minor represented by the Agency. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, other information related to your appearance for the nature of the modelling industry. Little Allstars take steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate and up to date, and that you have the ability to access and make corrections to it.
Additional information we are may require and are authorised by national laws to collect and process in order to identify you or to verify the information we have collected includes Passport number, Date of Birth and other information provided in documents such as Birth Certificates.
Little Allstars will not sell or allow third parties to access your information without your consent. Little Allstars In compliance with current licensing legislation pertaining to children in employment Little Allstars will share personal information with relevant parties to meet our regulatory and legal obligations.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services such as our website, to perform Service-related maintenance or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with castings, open castings and direct booking information and requests. This can be by text, email and telephone communication. We may also contact you via social media. By agreeing to our contract you are agreeing for this communication
Little Allstars believe the Security of your Personal Information is paramount. However it is important to remember no electronic communication and transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. As such we make no warranties as to the level of security afforded to your data, except that we will always act in accordance with the relevant UK and EU legislation.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a children under age 16 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
