      I am a rhythmic gymnast for Wales and great britain. I have competed internationally on several occasions from the age of 6. This year I have 4 international competitions from Estonia to Portugal.  We train 30 hours a week. 4 hours after school and an hour of ballet before school. Hard work is my middle name 😁 I have also gained a place in the Miss Teen Great Britain final in october.
